Plasma-Therm LLC, a leading manufacturer of plasma-process equipment for the semiconductor industry, is pleased to announce the opening of new offices in Singapore.

The new Singapore office is home to process engineering and technical service personnel. High-tech manufacturers in the APAC region have installed a range of Plasma-Therm’s plasma-process equipment, including VERSALINE®, Singulator®, LAPECVD®, and QuaZar® systems.
